After graduating from a culinary high school in South Korea, I moved to Australia and found that baking always brought me joy. That passion led me to study Patisserie and eventually develop my own bagel recipe.
After trying bagels in different countries, I realised that specialised bagel shops were rare in Canberra—so I decided to start my own business. Through plenty of trial and error, I perfected a recipe that makes my bagels beautifully chewy and delicious, even after freezing.
Bagel Station is built on dedication and a love for bagels. Starting in Canberra, my goal is to share my handcrafted bagels with people across Australia.
